We responded PDQ when we learned PDQ, a new quick serve brand that stands for People Dedicated to Quality, needed to define their design standards. We value engineered and redesigned the original prototype, and developed a new prototype designed to fit smaller sites while maintaining the unique personal aspect of the brand’s drive-thru experience. We worked with PDQ’s real estate market leaders, development team and franchise partners to develop due diligence standards for the site selection process to improve market presence and expedite marketability of the brand. The result, a simplified process for PDQ to build their restaurants and expand their brand.
Naturally PDQ called us when they had a new custom, one-off project, Spear It, a Florida State University-themed restaurant and bar just outside of campus, which continues to be the place to celebrate wins for FSU fans.
Over the years, we’ve completed multiple ground-up projects for the PDQ company and coordinated all aspects including owners and vendors, kitchen equipment, food items, etc. while expanding their market share in Florida, New Jersey, Illinois, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Texas—and we did them PDQ.
