Meridia Capodagli Property is leading the development of Roselle Park, NJ with a six-level, mixed-use building. Core States coordinated with the architect-of-record throughout the entire project to adapt the typical prototype into a larger footprint which includes, 161 apartment units, recreation and gym areas, utility rooms, garage levels, corridors, and courtyards. Core States also coordinated utility interconnection points, drainage interconnection, and electrical site lighting locations with the civil engineer-of-record.
